Hello Everyone,
I have a requirement to fully automate CMDB CI attestations. The client wants to completely eliminate manual effort—specifically, when an offline device comes back online, the open attestation task should automatically attest the CI and close out.
Right now, out-of-the-box functionality requires a user to manually verify the CI and submit the task to close it.
Has anyone implemented a fully automated flow or trigger for this in ServiceNow? Would love to hear your thoughts or recommended approaches.
