Can these IP switches be discovered using out-of-box SNMP patterns?

Hi 

Can you please suggest if it’s possible to discover the following manufacturer IP switches in ServiceNow CMDB using the out-of-box discovery patterns?

  1. Moxa Technologies Co., Ltd. – NP5450

  2. Wiesemann & Theis GmbH

Do we need to add custom MIBs or extend the existing SNMP Network Switch pattern to discover these devices completely?

@Arjun Arjun -  I checked my PDI's /discovery_snmp_oid_list and I see both of these listed.  I would think you should be able to.

Hi@ Steven coda, Thanks for the reply I can able to discover switch but some attributes like serial number are missing when discovery updated the CIs.
