cmdb dashboard

hi,

I am not able to access the CMDB Dashboard — CMDB View directly from the navigator. How can I access it?

I think you can access it through the CMDB workspace.

It depends on what the issue is (and on what version you are). Do you see the dashboard in the navigator and it doesn't open when you click on it, or don't you see the dashboard in the navigator.

My OOB Zurich instance doesn't have a 'CMDB View' dashboard in the navigator, so it can also be a version issue. 
Have an admin check on the roles needed to see it in your instance (it could also be custom, if it's not an OOB version issue).

SN has changed it. You need to go to CMDB WS for the same
