@OluwoleO6235787 Check this table, 'cmdb_data_management_policy', if the policy correctly got created. If there is some data missing in the earlier steps, it gives this error. Sometimes, fixing the data/correctness in the table 'cmdb_data_management_policy' -> your policy, also removes this error.

Difficult to tell what could be causing this without knowing more about the policy settings. Things you can check:
- Upgrade CMDB Workspace to the latest release (7.6.2).
- For Retire/Archive/Delete policy types check that Retirement Definitions are correctly set and active to cover the CI class you're working with.
- For Attestation/Certification policy types, check the Data Manager settings and ensure you have a valid group and user selected in the Scheduled Job Users section.
If none of the above apply and the issue isn't related to the policy data filter condition or policy type options then you should raise a support case.
