I want to create a report showing the "total number of servers deployed vs the number of servers that do not contain a relationship to an Application or a Technical Service". Please suggest.

You can utilise the CMDB Query builder approach , and then build your report based of that.

Unfortunately, this is not quite helpful. I want to have a bar chart report ready where one bar should reflect "total number of servers deployed and other, the number of servers that do not contain a relationship to an Application or a Technical Service". I appreciate other suggestions as well.

Proceed with the Platform Analytics & Dashboards. Create Indicators and Formula Indicators. Apply all your conditions so that you can visualize the data.
