Hello, 

 

Has anyone set up and regularly managed their Data Centre(s), Rooms, and Racks, along with the content of the racks via ServiceNow? Can you share your experience and how it looks? How much manual effort is required to maintain the data? 

 

I'm keen to understand what's capable in ServiceNow instead of using a DCIM tool such as Sunbird and implementing integration between the two systems.
