Exporting the report into excel is slow only for a particular user

Hello,

 

While exporting the particular report into excel is very slow and this is happening only for a particular user. Could you please help if any one has idea?

Try to clear the cache

Hi, For this issue many reasons are associated 

1. How many records are exported in the excel

2. What type of browser is used by the user

3. Is browser cache and instance cleared properly etc.,?

Did you inform that user to logout and login?

Did you check any Query BR on that table is slowing down?

Hi @Community Alums ,
1 ) Delete the user preference from "sys_user_preference" table, which are for that particular user.
2 ) after that, Login and logout, and check if problem is resolved.
3 ) If not, go with clearing cache and logout and login again.
