A customer using only ITOM Visibility is configuring a dashboard feature to enable filtering by Company.
They set the core_company table as the filter source; however, users with only the cmdb_read role were unable to see the filter list.
To resolve this, an ACL was added to grant Read access to the core_company table for users with the cmdb_read role.
Please confirm whether this ACL change could impact the customer’s subscription, given that they are licensed only for ITOM Visibility, or if there are any other potential issues we should be aware of.

I don't think it will have any impact on subscription.
core_company is global table which is used by many modules

Hi @Anna Lee1 .
As per the documentation provided here, there are no details that would violate the licensing agreement. Specifically, because there is no explicit statement prohibiting non-licensed users from accessing the 'core company table,' it is our understanding that users without a license may still access tables containing company name definitions.
