Hi @MahithaV

If your  your Servicenow Developer PDI  has been stuck in a "launching," "waking up" , "500 error' or not getting online state for more than 24 hours, then  I will  advice you  to release the instance and request a new one .

In your case, you have already waited for 4 days!

As you know there is no support available for PDI.

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

There is no support available for PDI.

If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.

You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Hello @MahithaV ,

Don't worry, buddy. I experienced the same issue a few days ago, and my instance became available again after some time almost one day . In some cases, it may take longer to recover. You can either wait for a while or request a new instance, but please note that creating a new instance will remove all existing data

If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.

Regards,

Aditya

Hi @MahithaV

As there is no support for PDIs then nobody can tell you. Your only options is to either wait till it comes online or release and request a fresh installation.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
