Integration between SNOW & Qualys via SGC.

Hi All,

We are integrating Service Now & Qualys via Service Graph Connector. We have configured the Host & connection details. When trying to test Connection on Service Graph Connection Record, it is throwing Error 404 and Error Message as "Method failed: (/auth) with code: 404". 

When tested through browser , the Connection URL works and i am able to login via the same basic auth credentials. Same with POSTMAN and i get 200 with the same details.

What helped us fix the issue is to whitelist IPs addresses of SN instances on the qualys side as well as we selected the different URL (gateway.qg1.apps.qualys.com) using this link: Qualys Platform Identification | Accurate Asset Recognition
