MID servers down after upgrade

Hi All,

 

We’ve observed that several MID Servers are currently down following the recent upgrade. To address this, we plan to reinstall the MID Servers. Could you please advise on any precautions or key considerations we should keep in mind during the reinstallation process?

You can try the below:

1. Restarting the MID servers

2. Refreshing the credentials.

3. Manually upgrading them
