Can someone help me to figure out the below issue and fix them
1. If assignee of the certification task is trying to reassign the task, it is asking for routing reason and simply re assigning the task without populating the assignment group and assigning to some random user. Could you please help me where we can check this configuration and fix it
2. when CI owner is trying to certify the task without validating/updating anything it should be restricted.
current functionality is, if CI owner is trying to certify the task even without validating then it is simply closing the task as the task has opened to validate something. Can you help me how this issue can be fixed
