Hello,

 

I am having issues with my PDI. I need to complete my capstone for my Administration Fundamentals course, but I am unable to access the incidents table. When I search for it, I get no results. I need this table to in order to proceed with my capstone project. Can someone please explain why that is or if there is anything I need to do on my end? Do I need to create a workspace first, or add plugins?

ahoy @joeCalderisi,

 

to access Incident table, type "incident.list" and press enter as seen below:

or replace the URL's part highlighted in red and then navigate to:

https://yourinstance.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/incident_list.do

 

Could you possibly share some screenshots or explain in more details what happened?

Hi @joeCalderisi 

 

First ensure you have selected latest fundamental course:

ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals 

 

Hope you are talking about your lab instance not PDI.

In your lab instance, 

a. type incident.list in Application navigator  OR 

b. Type “Incident” in the Application Navigator. In the search results section (vertical bar), move the cursor from top to bottom.

You will see the Incident application along with modules such as “Create New”, “All”, etc
