Qualys SGC vs bi-directional sync - unclear documentation

I’m trying to understand the Qualys SGC vs the bidirectional cmdb sync app. My current understanding is that the SGC is Qualys to SN only. But some people are telling me the SGC can sync certain attributes like support group, application team, and business criticality, which is what we are looking for. 

this page from Qualys seems to imply that, but the doc link in the page actually goes to information on the bidirectional sync app.
