Sorting is not working

Hi All,
We have introduced a new attribute in the cmdb_sync_queue table with a decimal data type. However, the sorting (A–Z, Z–A) does not seem to be working for this custom field.
Could you please help us check this issue?

it's working for me for Custom field of type Decimal on incident table
See if in that custom field dictionary no_sort=true is added as attribute. if yes then remove that
