I am unable to see add under Identifier Entries when trying to complete lab:

Configure the CMDB Micro-Certification Simulator (Yokohama)

the part where it says:

Set Identification Rule:

Identification Rule

- Name: Mongoose Web Server rule

- Applies to: u_cmdb_ci_mongoose_web_server

- Dependent: True

 Hi @hikerclimber

For this, go to the CI Class Manager and search for the Web Server class. Under it, you’ll find the custom child class, where you need to define this.

@hikerclimber @PoonkodiS Did you guys created a new Child class under 'Web Server' as it clearly mentioned in the requirements.

Once you create a child class, then you can add Identification entries.

Go to CI Class Manager -> search for Web Server -> click 'Add child class' -> name it as u_cmdb_ci_mangoose_server -> go to Identifier section add entries.

Being part of the Cloud Dimensions CMDB implementation team, using CI Class Manager, you are tasked to create a new class that extends the Web Server class and new identification rule using the following information:

Provide Basic Info:

- Display Name: Mongoose Web Server

- Table Name: u_cmdb_ci_mongoose_web_server

- Icon: Web Server

Good Practice: Always start the name of any new CMDB table with u_cmdb_ci

@Vijaya_Mnpram
This has nothing to do with the first set "Creatiing a child class"
It's the second step. I eventually figured it out but the given lab instructions by ServiceNow are entire inconsistent with the lab resolution
