Using Nexthink CMDB Connector with v Australia?

We previously used the Nexthink CMDB Connector until version Yokohama which coincided with SAM deployment.  As we were unable to recover & ServiceNow would not support, we uninstalled.  However, we are wondering if anyone is using the Nexthink CMDB Connector with both SAM Pro and Zurich or Australia successfully?  If so, did you encounter issues with SAM?

According to the ServiceNow Store here - Nexthink CMDB Connector is only *certified* for version Xanadu.  This is why we uninstalled when it didn't work with Yokohama.  Neither ServiceNow nor Nexthink could assist us.

Thanks, I've seen this reply before, but not whether anyone used successfully in a post-Xanadu version with SAM pro.
