Does anyone use Coaching Loops?

We are in the process of turning on Coaching Loops. I would love to chat with others who have already used this application.

Hi Elisabetta,



We (Jefferson County ITS Division) use coaching loops in our incident management process.   We have it set up so that designated group managers review each incident at resolution. Coaching loops can be a useful tool to help ensure process consistency.
