Darn i just missed the Holiday zoom - Training question

Hello everyone, i am new to group and realize i missed the Holiday Zoom party.  So disappointed about that.  In any case, I have over 3 years of experience in SN in the world of ITSM/ITIL/Vulnerability Response and others.  Happy to be here and hope to connect with some of you soon.  I am trying to fast track through the fundamentals training so i can get my CSA cert, but training is giving me access denied messages when i start the courses, any clue why that is?  I thought the training was free.  Let me know. Thanks in advance.

Unless you have any learning credits to apply, the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course is a paid course.  Both the 3-day instructor lead as well as the on-demand version.

so i finished the on-demand training and got 300 learning credits, but when i try to claim my voucher, there is no option to pay with learning credits, some help is appreciated, how do i claim my voucher without paying with credit card, or does the on-demand training not qualify for free vouchers?
