I received email confirmations and notifications of this event upcoming but I was unable to find any details on how to connect to this session. For future reference, how do I find sessions I have registered for?

Hello @Christine2025 ,

Once your event registration is confirmed, you will receive an email from ServiceNow University Community Events containing your confirmation code and a link to review or update your registration.

You will also receive a separate email from ServiceNow University Community Events with the subject "Thank you for registering!" This email will include the Zoom meeting link for the event. You can use this link to join the session.

Thank you! I had to use the Add to Calendar after clicking the link to review the session or update registration in order to see the zoom link in the Outlook calendar entry.  As a suggestion, maybe the link in the "Thank you for registering" email would be clearer to state "Click here for webinar details or to update registration." Another suggestion would be to also include the link in the reminder emails leading up to the webinar/event. My company often has firewalls that prevent clicking on links and I try to avoid links that may trigger security concerns, which is the same reason I normally don't use the "Add to calendar" features of external events.  Going forward, I will know these are considered safe. I was able to obtain the zoom link by replying to one of the reminder emails and was able to attend. I appreciate the events and look forward to attending more in the future. Thank you for your response!
