Any issue with ServiceNow docs or community sites?

Hello......

From past few weeks, I am facing issue with ServiceNow docs and community links where the page doesn't load at all.

I simply get a blank page like this. This issue happens sporadically for random links. Upon clearing the cookies/cache, then it works.

Anyone facing this issue?

 

I also tried accepting the cookies, ignoring the cookies, tried all sorts of combinations and still face blank page issue.

Same happens with me, specifically for docs.

I open all the links in Incognito then it works

Hello 

1) Looks like issue due to Browser cache, Please release Browser Cache.

2) Accept Cookies

3) try in other browser/ incognito

This is **bleep** irritating. Over last few days several times docs and community posts are not opening properly. Each time opening incognito is killing. Sometimes when you open a URL in an existing incognito session, it fails to work. Closing incognito and opening a fresh one, then it works.

 

High time that ServiceNow fixes this.

 

Anyone knows how to report this to ServiceNow?
