Hello, I encountered an issue during my exam.
I was checking in my submission when an error occurred.
After I clicked OK, the app closed.
When I tried to log in again, it was unsuccessful.

If you've experienced the technical issue during your Certified Application Developer (CAD) exam submission, you should immediately log a case .
- Go to the Now Learning (ServiceNow University) Portal: Navigate to the "Help & Support" or "Cases" section.
- Raise a Ticket: Create a case for the technical issue you faced during your proctored exam.

go to SN University > Help Centre and create a case from there, explain your situation and you will get assistance.
