Is ATF recommended for first time implementation that is planned to be Built and tested in Prod instance? if yes, what's the best way to go about using ATF?

Hi @FalakK
Actually, it is highly recommended for the first time implementation.
Best way is to start small and focus on critical processes.
Create tests for the core platform configurations. Focus on high risk areas and critical workflows.
You can built tests along side development. Follow test-as-you-go approach.

Start with ATF micro certifications.
It will guide you with everything you need to know.
Activate the plugin if not activated.
Start with ITSM modules.
