I was looking for automatic issue creation when an assessment question is answered 'No' i need issue to be created for each response.Note all the questions are of Yes/No . For Example, i have 10 assessment question out of which i have answered 4 questions as 'No' then there has to be 4 issues created.
Please help me with the out of the box solution or with the code to perform above.
