I’m working on setting up an integration between Azure DevOps and ServiceNow. I’ve been using the API and following the instructions from the link below, but I haven’t been able to successfully trigger the business rule that should generate the tickets. Could someone please review the business rule?
I’m currently on the ServiceNow Yokohama release, and we’re using Microsoft API version 7.
