Bell Notification is not getting triggered

Hello Experts,

I have configured a notification in the sys_notification table with the following settings:

  • Trigger: When record is inserted or updated

  • Who will receive: “Include the person whose action triggered the notification”

  • Associated: Notification Next Experience Content

However, even though the notification appears in notification logs, I do not see it in the Bell icon in Next Experience.

Am I missing any configuration? Any guidance would be appreciated

@manikandank3877 I guess no plugin or property would be needed for this... having the Users field populating can resolve it? at least as a workaround?
