I am trying to get through the first lab instance in the Welcome to Service Now. I finished all the lessons and wasn't aware that i had to do the labs while going through the lessons. I have tried to validate and it says the one task is possibly not completed correctly. I have done this like 10 times but the failure note stays on the instance and no matter what I do it will not clear. I have terminated and restarted but i cannot proceed. Can anyone help?
