CHECK IF THE RELATED LIST IN THE APPLICATION RECORD HAS ANY RECENT INCIDENTS /CHANGES/PROBLEM.

Hello ,
I want to delete the records from Application table which are not mostly  used . I WANT TO CHECK IF THE RELATED LIST IN THE  APPLICATION RECORD HAS ANY RECENT INCIDENTS /CHANGES/PROBLEM. Can you suggest me a way on how to search it through list view or anyother way.

so what did you try from your side and where are you stuck?

I am manually checking each and every record ,  in  list view  i am not able to filter it  and as there are large data into the table I am looking for a way.
