Hi Team,

 

Recently I requested to merge my Servicenow account from harishkumar.khale-muralirao@xxx.com to harishkm.servicenow@gmail.com After doing this when I login to Servicenow community it takes to new account instead of old account. Both accounts have same email ID and I want to retain my original account so that I don’t miss my achievements. Kindly help to delete new account and redirect my login to original account

@Community Alums You should login to https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp and raise a case with Now Learning support team to merge your accounts.

I have already raised and they said they can help only issues related to Now learning platform. I am seeking help from Now community admins on how to merge by account
