Community Account Issue

Hi Team,

 

Recently I requested to merge my Servicenow account from harishkumar.khale-muralirao@xxx.com to harishkm.servicenow@gmail.com After doing this when I login to Servicenow community it takes to new account instead of old account. Both accounts have same email ID and I want to retain my original account so that I don’t miss my achievements. Kindly help to delete new account and redirect my login to original account

Got response from web Support team that my Merge request did not complete successfully and they have archived my current request and asked to submit new request.
