Did you create the SNPI Labs Sprint? *Error

I have the above issue with validating the lab exercise.
I have created the Sprint and have all assigned stories to it:
I've searched here and see that other students had the same issue, and they were redirected to help from KB001111

However, when I search for the article on my instance, I see the following:
It's really frustrating to move forward with such inconvenient bugs.

could you possibly share the message from rejected validation? it could help to understand the rejection better...

Your screenshot is with system administrator, was it done with the proper user, wasn't it expected to be the platform user insetad?

I had the exact same issue and it was driving nuts until I checked the name of the Sprint, make sure there is no white spaces in the name field. I had "  SNPI Labs Sprint", it validated successfully once I removed the white sspace.
