dynamic web element selection in RPA design desktop studio

I am currently working on an automation where I need to select the highlighted “Rule” based on dynamic input values.
I have tried a few different approaches, but I haven’t been able to replicate the dynamic element selection functionality similar to Blue Prism’s Dynamic Spying feature.

I would appreciate expert assistance or guidance in achieving this in ServiceNow RPA Design Studio.
