I have created a Smart Assessment template using the Assessment Workspace (OOB Smart Assessment functionality).
Requirement: I would like to understand if it is possible to implement the following enhancement
Add a “Comment” button for each question in the questionnaire On clicking the button, a dialog/modal window should open Users should be able to enter and submit comments within the dialog After submission, the comment summary should be displayed below the respective question
Ask: Is this feature available out-of-the-box in Smart Assessment? If not, is it possible to implement this customization for all questionnaires(adding UI action and dislaying summary under question)? Are there any recommended approaches or supported methods to achieve this functionality?
Since Smart Assessment is an OOB solution, I want to confirm whether this is supported before attempting any customization.
Please let me know the feasibility and guidance.
