Error loading Instance

Hi Team,

 

When I try login to PDI instance, it is giving me error as  "We were unable to assign instance to you. Please Retry Now.

 

Can you pls help to get it resolved.

Hi @hemabhujbal,

Which version of instance are you requesting. Ideally it will allow you to have latest version of instance within no time. If you are requesting a older version, then you will get this error. 
I tried requesting one now and it spin up one for me.

 

If problem persists still, maybe logout and login back and try again, still an issue try in different browser.

ServiceNow is currently experiencing issues with PDIs, which could lead to the issue that you're facing. As there is no support available from a user perspective, please wait and it should get sorted out in some time.
