Thank you for your help.

This is a community forum, not a help desk sorry. Also, ServiceNow offers no support for PDIs so there's nothing anyone can do.
I've been in the ecosystem for about 7 years and there's never been more issues with PDI unreliability than there currently is. It's just a reminder that they are a learning tool, not a professional/commercial testing and development tool.

Hi @Sentinel3PC
What error are you getting. Have you received PDI reclaim mail?
If your Personal Developer Instance (PDI) has been reclaimed /suddenly terminated, data recovery is unfortunately impossible.
In that case, request for new instance.
Refer: Keeping PDIs Available for Active Builders: Upcoming PDI Reclamation Changes
As you have received warning message , ensure you have taken proper back up of your work. because it anytime it is reclaimed, you will loose all your data.
Please check this Personal Developer Instance (PDI) Guide
Where it is written-
"When a PDI is reclaimed, the instance is unassigned from you, reset to its original state, and reassigned to another Developer Site user. Reclaiming instances allows ServiceNow to supply active developer site user with free instances."
There is no support available in PDI.

Hello @Sentinel3PC ,
If your PDI has gone offline, this issue can happen to multiple users. I have also faced the same issue, and in my case, the instance came back online after waiting for some time.
You can wait for a while and check again later. However, if the PDI does not come back online even after a few days, you can consider requesting a new PDI.
If your instance has been reclaimed, you can directly request a new PDI, as a reclaimed instance cannot be recovered.
If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.
regards,
aditya

Hi @Sentinel3PC
It's not possible to restore a reclaimed PDI. Only solution is to request a fresh installation.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
