Check all the syntax and activities added in your flow.
Ensure that the conditional expression is correctly defined. In Flow Designer, conditions must be properly formatted. Instead of using {{...}} notation, use the built-in condition editor to select the appropriate fields and conditions.
Ensure that the action you're checking has the expected output. If the action's status or message field is not what you expect, adjust your condition accordingly.
