Forgot Current Developer instance password

Forgot developer instance password. Not able to login to PDI. Please suggest.

Hi @VibhaJ ,

You can check and reset your PDI login details from the ServiceNow Developer Portal.

Please log in with your ServiceNow Developer account here:

https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home

Once logged in, go to your profile or instance section and open the PDI assigned to your account. There you can check the instance details and reset/manage the admin password.

For most PDIs, the username will be:

admin

Use the password available or generated from the Developer Portal instance details page.

Also, please do not select Reset and Wipe Instance unless you want to rebuild the instance from scratch, because it may remove your existing PDI data and configurations.

(Ignore my first reply- it was for setting password for Developer portal)

 

For Resetting Instance password , here are the options

Option 1 : Check your mail my your instance id, Password was shared when it was assigned to you.

Option 2:  

Go to the ServiceNow Developer Portal and sign in.

Click on Manage my Instance

On Instance widget, there is a gear icon . click on that

Select Reset instance password

For a forgotten ServiceNow PDI password, the solution is straightforward.
