I lost my instance due to data center migration, so I would like to get that instance back because I have so much POC stuff and my learning things in it and its very important for me.

Hi @prasadsnow,

Sorry to hear this.

I too have just experienced this myself. You will have probably seen an email advising due to the data center infrastructure changes that PDI instances were going to be reclaimed and backups of any code should be taken.

Sadly, on this occasion, due to the nature of the change, we were advised the instances are not recoverable.

Hi @prasadsnow

I am sorry to hear but there is no option to get it back if its already reclaimed.

You must have received some kind of email communication about the reclaim date/time and it was advice to keep the backup of all our work.

-Thanks,

AshishKM

Hi there,

Sorry to hear!

Don't get me wrong, though posting your question here won't do anything. We all can't help you at all. As you might already know, PDIs come without any form of support.

As always:

Be aware, PDIs can always suddenly without any notice drop. So always backup your work.

Kind regards,

Hi @prasadsnow ,

it’s not possible. When it’s gone it’s gone and there is no possibility get it back. Always remember to backup your work, so you’re not going to face the same isssje in a later point in time.
