I am currently working for a company that is a partner with ServiceNow. Can anyone explain the process of how I can get training for the ServiceNow CSA with the help of my company?

@tejasn You can start your CSA journey using https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/servicenow there are a plenty of on demand and instructor led courses available on the portal. For CSA you can refer to the career journey https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/journey-overview?id=journey_overview&journey_id=55f79b4...

 

If you are opting for an on demand course then they are available for free now. You need to ask your company to sponsor the cost of CSA certification. If you are inclined towards an instructor led course then you can ask your company to sponsor training and certification cost.
