Hands-on experience is very important, so try to work on real-world use cases and build your skills in ServiceNow scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and Service Portal.

For job opportunities, you can explore both ServiceNow partners/consulting companies and end-user organizations.
