How to show Description of incident to all users without ITIL role

Hi all

Currently , in the Description field in the incident is only visible to users with ITIL role. Is it possible to make the Description field visible to all users, even those with out ITIL role?

what do you mean by all users? what role they have? snc_internal role?

If yes then check the field level READ ACL for incident.description and you can add your required role there
