I need help with configuration/script

I created a metric for my table, where it shows the time intervals in each queue, the problem is, when a ticket is closed it does not calculate the time if it has not changed queue, I tried to enter the date manually but the time interval is not calculated

I do not know if there is a script or some external configuration, and I wanted help with this part, if anyone understands how to configure it I would be very grateful
