In ServiceNow, when selecting an image pasted into a Knowledge article, small blue squares (resize handles) appear on the corners, allowing users to adjust the image size. However, one user reports that these handles are missing, while I can see them both on my account and when impersonating them.
The user cleared their browser cache, restarted their computer, and tried in both Chrome and Edge, but the issue persists.
We are currently on Xanadu Patch 5.
What could be causing this discrepancy?
Thank you!

Hello! We were able to resolve our issue by updating the browsers to the latest version. Once we did that, as well as a computer reboot, it resolved our problem. Let me know if that works for you too.

We are seeing the same, or a related issue, I believe in the Employee Service Center.
Users used to be able to change the Vertical size of the Rich Text widget.
AND they used to be able to change the (Vertical and Horizontal) size of images pasted into the Rich Text widget.
But now those handles are missing. Seems to be browser-specific; maybe browser AND version specific.
For me, it works only in Firefox. Does not work in Chrome or Edge.
Chrome: Version 133.0.6943.60 (Official Build) (64-bit) - NOT WORKING
Edge: Version 133.0.3065.59 (Official build) (64-bit) - NOT WORKING
Firefox: Version 135.0 (64-bit) - WORKING
Firefox:
Chrome:
