Inbound action does not process RE: and Watermark emails

Hi to all,

 

I created an email script that generates Approval and Rejection mail. However, when I try to reply back to our instance the email is not process as a reply type email. It is considered as "new". I included the "RE:" prefix and even added a watermark on the notification as I believe this is one of the conditions for processing inbound action. Am I missing other steps aside from this one?  We have existing inbound action but they are correc

Hi,

Can you check for the mail received and try to locate the inbound action processed for the mail. You can find that form the mail logs for each mail sent/received's related list.

hi Jaspal Singh, yes I did look on the email logs and I mostly the existing inbound actions are skipped. Here a sample log.
