We have the Integration Hub starter. Is this included in the license?

Hello @SotaT 

 

No, the Infobip Notify application is generally NOT included in the Integration Hub Starter pack license. It is a third party application from the ServiceNow Store and typically requires a separate subscription or purchase directly from the vendor, Infobip.

 

Note - Best approach is to connect with your ServiceNow Account manager where he can help you with license part as it differs for all customers.
