Invoice generated but not getting schedule exam option only PROCESSING from last 48 hr

No Worry.

 

Just Try in your incognito Window/InPrivate browser once,

 

Note: Ensure you have gone through this schedule steps as per this KB : KB0013252Copy Permalink Scheduling a Pearson VUE exam 

 

If still issue persists , immediately raise a case to Now learning Support https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-help-center?id=nl_kb_home

They will help. Continuously follow up with them.

 

Instructions

To schedule your exam:

  1. Login to ServiceNow University.
  2. Navigate to My University in the navigation header, select My Exams, then go to My Current Exams widget to view your registered exams.
  3.  Select View on the relevant exam. This will take you to Overview page.

  4. Select Schedule now. This opens the Pearson VUE - Select exam options page.

    5. Select the relevant exam option:
