Just Try in your incognito Window/InPrivate browser once,

They will help. Continuously follow up with them.
Instructions
To schedule your exam:
- Login to ServiceNow University.
- Navigate to My University in the navigation header, select My Exams, then go to My Current Exams widget to view your registered exams.
- Select View on the relevant exam. This will take you to Overview page.

5. Select the relevant exam option:- In person at a test center
- Online with OnVUE
- Good Luck!
