is there a way we can find data specific to one domain in MSP instance

To find and isolate data specific to a particular domain in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) ServiceNow instance, use the Domain Picker to set your session's domain context,

OR 

If you want to check from global , apply a filter on the sys_domain field for domain-separated tables.
