Knowledge Management AQI

Can you configure the system to only run AQI checks for a specific percentage of articles within a knowledge base?  Is this an all or nothing feature? I'm looking to implement the AQI function but I would prefer not to have all KAs require this check, only on a designated percentage of KAs in the knowledge base.
