Hi All,
My lab instance has been terminated, and the “Request Lab Instance” option is currently disabled. Could you please help me understand how to request or activate a new lab instance?

ahoy @PragatiP0153118,
it seems that you might need to unenroll and re-enrol again to the Welcome to ServiceNow course in order to start everything again from scratch :(( it doesn't seem to be any other choice than that 😞
Last resort - you have received the access credentials to your mailbox, can you try logging it using these?
A community that tolerates cheaters and ignores collusion isn't a community . RIP

Hi @PragatiP0153118 ,
In Servicenow University -
- You are likely allowed a maximum of 2 running instances across all courses.
- Terminate Other Instances: Go to your Now Learning Dashboard and terminate any active lab instances for other courses that you are not actively focusing on to free up the slot
Once done, You open your required course and can see, Request Instance has been enabled.
If you are unable to find the courses where you requested lab instance,
Raise a case with Now Learning Support in Servicenow University. They will help you.
