Since yesterday, I have had some problems with my PDI. When I want to access the instance, I need to wake up it, as usually. However, as the attachments proves, an error appears in suggesting “ The instance didn’t wake up. Please Retry”.
In attachment I uploaded of that problem.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I would like to have my PDI but if that's not possible, how can I ask a new PDI?
Thanks

Thanks for your reply!
I needed to release a new instance. My work was lost but it was better to carry on with my developments.
Thanks,

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDI, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait, it should come online after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please notice, all development work that hasn't been backup will be lost for good.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
